Direct Claude Code to build a 3D survivors game

A non-coder had a lead Claude Code session spec, review and deploy while subagents built stages; bots that play the game test balance.

Goal: Ship a small, fun browser game without writing the code myself.
Setup: agents used in source: Claude; tools/MCPs stated: Three.js, Vite, Vitest, Higgsfield, Meshy, ElevenLabs, Obsidian.
Steps:
1. Build the feel first with plain shapes (movement, a few spells, a boss) and playtest with blunt notes before any art.
2. Only then make art: concept images, image-to-3D models, rigging and walk clips.
3. Dump every idea into a brief; have Claude turn it into a versioned design doc you approve, then build in stages.
4. Run one main Claude Code session as lead (specs, reviews, tests, deploys) and give each build stage to a subagent working from the spec.
5. Gate every deploy: type check, all tests, build, then deploy.
6. Test balance with bots that play the game, e.g. a “stand still” bot that must lose.
7. Keep design docs, decisions and session logs in an Obsidian vault so the next session picks up where the last stopped.
Rules: ask me before anything irreversible (sending, posting, paying, deleting); don’t invent data, results or tools I haven’t given you; tell me what you couldn’t verify.
