Run a social publication engine from your agent

Goal: Prepare, review and publish social posts from my agent.
Setup: agents used in source: Claude, Codex; tools/MCPs stated: Buffer API, upload-post API, Claude Code routines.
Steps:
1. Input: project context plus an automated screencast.
2. Use a publication skill that holds your visual and copy rules.
3. Prepare a vertical reel (headline, music, intro footage), plus a cover and caption.
4. Review it: give text feedback, get a revision, then approve.
5. Publish via the Buffer API to Instagram. Then check the live post and save the MP4, caption, render settings and post URL.
6. Variant: a daily Claude Code routine turns the latest blog post into LinkedIn, X and Reddit posts and publishes them via the upload-post API.
