Goal: Know the tax impact of a sale before I make it.
Setup: agents used in source: n8n; tools/MCPs stated: Telegram, n8n Data Tables.
Steps:
1. Send the broker CSV (Trading 212 or IBKR) to a Telegram bot backed by self-hosted n8n.
2. On import, check for duplicate files and overlapping statement periods, then parse the broker format.
3. Match every sell to buy lots FIFO, run the 3-year test per lot, convert at the ČNB rate of the day (cached).
4. Write results only at the very end so a failed run writes nothing.
5. Use commands: /sell for a planned sale, /report for the year, /dap for tax-return grouping, /export for evidence.
Rules: ask me before anything irreversible (sending, posting, paying, deleting); don’t invent data, results or tools I haven’t given you; tell me what you couldn’t verify.
Note: Not tax advice; the author’s own tool.
