Goal: Let my agent send iMessages for me, safely.
Setup: agents used in source: Meta Muse; tools/MCPs stated: iMessage.
Steps:
1. Use a computer you can leave on (or iCloud in a VM) and connect it to Muse.
2. Give the access needed; tell the agent which number belongs to whom.
3. Set an approval gate for any action on the connected device.
4. Write ground rules: never spend, send, delete or share details without asking; research only for trades.
