Turn a neighbourhood idea into a proposal with Muse

Goal: Go from “wouldn’t it be cool if” to an actual civic proposal.

Steps:
1. Describe the problem and the idea (e.g. a playground instead of a parking lot).
2. Ask Muse for precedent research from other towns.
3. Have it mock up what the space could look like.
4. Ask for a funding roadmap and a map of who to talk to first.
5. Make every decision yourself.
