Redesign your home from a phone LiDAR scan

Goal: Get an explorable 3D model of my home to try redesigns.
Setup: agents used in source: Codex; tools/MCPs stated: PolyCam, GLTF.
Steps:
1. Use a phone with LiDAR (iPhone 12 Pro or later).
2. Scan the space with a scanning app like PolyCam and use its free GLTF export.
3. Load it into Codex (the author used Astra).
4. Chat to try redesign scenarios and walk around inside.
