Let Hermes run PR reviews and client status updates

Goal: Take the manual work out of PR reviews, daily status and client builds.
Setup: agents used in source: Hermes Agent; tools/MCPs stated: IRC, MCP.
Steps:
1. Run Hermes on one VPS with access to the team’s chat, repos and infrastructure.
2. Have it act only after you say yes to its proposals.
3. For each new task, first create a skill with test cases, then do the task.
Rules: ask me before anything irreversible (sending, posting, paying, deleting); don’t invent data, results or tools I haven’t given you; tell me what you couldn’t verify.
Note: The author found it token-hungry and saw issues moving CLI sessions to Slack.
