Move a one-person business’s paperwork to Grok Bot

Goal: Run invoicing, contracts and content for my sole proprietorship with agents.
Setup: agents used in source: Grok Bot; tools/MCPs stated: KSeF.
Steps:
1. Set up agents for invoices, deals, creator contracts, approvals and X content.
2. Expect friction where systems are built for paper: national e-invoicing (KSeF) needs certificates and a clunky API; accountants may only take PDFs.
3. Let the agent draft invoices, then carry them through those systems yourself.
4. Save repeatable jobs as skills (his reads invoices, converts currency, checks screenshots for leaks and writes the post).
