Plan with Claude Code, execute with Codex via MCP

Claude Code plans and reviews, Codex executes through the Codex MCP, and notes and skills live in Obsidian.

Prompt for your agent

Goal: Split the work: one agent plans and reviews, another implements.
Setup: agents used in source: Claude, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Antigravity, Command Code; tools/MCPs stated: Codex MCP, Obsidian.
Steps:
1. Use Claude Code as the planner. It sends execution to Codex only through the Codex MCP, which Claude manages.
2. Run the agents in dedicated environments so they keep working when your laptop is closed.
3. Keep notes and skills in Obsidian so you can switch tools and devices.
4. Variant: the pilot (Opus 5.5 in Claude Code) plans and assigns tasks to other CLIs, then reviews all the code they write.
5. Variant: two different models review each change against the same frozen brief; nothing lands until two review rounds come back clean.
Rules: ask me before anything irreversible (sending, posting, paying, deleting); don’t invent data, results or tools I haven’t given you; tell me what you couldn’t verify.
