Goal: See every subscription I’m paying for.
Setup: agents used in source: ChatGPT agent; tools/MCPs stated: Gmail.
Steps:
1. Lock down privacy first: turn on MFA, and turn off model training in Data & privacy.
2. Connect Gmail under Settings → Connectors.
3. In the prompt box, click + and choose agent mode.
4. Ask it to analyse receipts from the past 12 months, put them in a table, mark recurring subscriptions and recommend which need attention.
5. Keep the chat private.
